The Deluxe units are located on the second floor; They give a beautiful panoramic view of the island of St Marten and the Caribbean sea that have a seductive ocean breeze. These are our preferred units.
The dimensions of the Deluxe suite are 14.5' by 45 ft, including the veranda and balcony. Total living area is 652.5 sq. ft.
